John Thomas, MBA

John is a Human Resources professional with over 40 years of broad domestic, international as well as union and non-union experience in such organizations and companies as the Army Security Agency, Consolidation Coal, Island Creek Coal, Reynolds Metals and Fruit of the Loom. Having worked at various plant, division and corporate locations, he has an extensive background in the design and presentation of management development programs, union-free strategies, affirmative action, cultural diversity, and human resources policies and procedures.

John is a hands-on, strategic thinking individual that has been responsible for the overall human resource activities for a multi-billion dollar sales corporation with over 45,000 employees worldwide while in the position of Vice President Human Resources. He has also held the positions of Vice President Human Resources-International Operations and Vice President Education and Development. He attained the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), holds a BS degree in Business Administration from West Liberty University and an MBA from the University of Evansville.
