Leadership Strategies Group realizes that leaders are constantly seeking improvement in performance and effectiveness. However, we also know that executives, supervisors and members of leadership teams have time constraints and developmental needs that make classroom learning impractical.To address this, we conduct individual or team assessments, which are followed by a series of coaching sessions. After the coaching sessions, we then draft a short and long-term development plan for each individual or team and continuously monitor progress.
