  Leadership Strategies Group (LSG) was founded by Dr. Randy Capps in 1994 in Bowling Green, KY as a human performance improvement firm. His vision was to help organizations locally and across the United States to reach higher levels of success by delivering customized solutions. Wallace Herndon became a partner providing Human Resource services. Throughout the years several facilitators joined the team, making LSG renowned in the region and across the US.

Michael Trivizadakis became an integral part of our team in 2012, benefiting from the invaluable mentorship of Randy and Wallace. His dedication and expertise propelled him to become a business partner, ultimately assuming the role of CEO and steering the organization towards continued success. Similarly, Cindy Hines joined our ranks in 2019, quickly rising to the position of partner and now serves as our esteemed President. Together, Michael and Cindy embody the ethos of our organization, driving forward its legacy of excellence.
