Lejla is a graduate student at Western Kentucky University, currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education with a focus on Leadership. She attained her Master of Business Administration, Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and certificate in Business Core Competencies in May 2020. Lejla also earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Data Analytics in May 2019. Additionally, she holds certificates as an Emerging Leader from BB&T and in Ethical Leadership from NASBA.

Having relocated to the United States at a young age, Lejla attributes her strong work ethic, educational foundation, and passion for helping people to her parents. She firmly believes that success is attained through hard work, ongoing learning, and continuous reflection. Guided by the philosophy that "being positive in a negative situation is not naïve; it’s leadership," Lejla exemplifies a commitment to positivity and effective leadership."
